Return Policy:

  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of product, with valid purchase receipt or proof of purchase, and with original packaging only. After the 30 days upon customer receipt have expired, products are no longer eligible for refund or exchange. 
To inquire about a return please email: [email protected]. Lighting Fixtures cannot be returned if you ordered the wrong voltage.

All returned items must be received by us in the same condition sent, unused and in its original packaging, along with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. 

Any items not sent in their original condition, such as damaged or with missing parts will not be eligible for refund or exchange. 

All products sold by us are in new and unused condition, unless otherwise stated (such as an open box item).
All digital video game sales are final upon activation key delivery. Returns will not be accepted after digital download keys have been delivered via email and refunds will not be given. No exceptions.

Refunds (if Applicable):

Once your return is received, the product will be reviewed and an e-mail notification will be sent.  Our company will also notify you of either approval or rejection of your requested refund. 

Once approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days of approval.  It then generally takes 4-5 days for the credit to appear, depending on your credit card company. 
We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. You might also be given an option for store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds (if Applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund please check with your bank or credit card company first. Processing normally takes 4-5 days, but can take longer depending on the company.

Exchanges (if Applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items for same item exchange. Please save all packaging and contact us at [email protected]

Discounted Items (if Applicable)

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

Customers will be charged once for shipping costs (including returns); no restocking fees are charged. 

Depending on your geographic location, the estimated time for your exchanged product to be delivered may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $500 please consider using a trackable/insured shipping service.  We do not guarantee your return item will be received, and are not to be held responsible for postal damage or uninsured items.
